a. Account Information
When you register or log in, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials (password). An admin account is created internally by BTV for authorized personnel, while artists and visitors are required to create their own accounts.

b. Camera and Photos
With your permission, the App accesses your device's camera and photo library so you can capture or select images (e.g., for profile pictures or document/attachment uploads) and save images back to your photo library.

c. Files and Documents
The App allows you to view, upload, download, and share files (PDF, DOCX, images, and other document types) as part of its document management, approval, and file-sharing features.

d. Device and Log Information
We automatically collect certain technical information, including device model, manufacturer, operating system version, unique device/app identifiers, IP address, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic data.

e. Push Notification Data
We collect a device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) to deliver push notifications to your device.

f. Usage Data
We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as screens visited, features used, and timestamps of activity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity;
• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's features (document management, approvals, notifications, QR/barcode-based verification, etc.);
• Send you push notifications relevant to your account or activity;
• Diagnose, fix, and prevent technical issues (crash reporting);
• Improve the App's performance, security, and user experience;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

These providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BTV, our users, or the public.

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and certain data is additionally encrypted before transmission. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We only request permissions necessary for the App's core functionality, and you may decline or later revoke these permissions through your device settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 8.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for certain processing. You can manage most account information directly within the App, or by contacting us as described below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
